Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Controller will process your personal data for the following purposes:

a. to respond to your message or inquiry and to handle the matter raised by you;

b. for marketing purposes consisting in the promotion of the Controller, its services and its team, provided that this purpose will be pursued solely if you have requested the Controller to provide you with information in this regard.

Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Controller, which consists in pursuing the purposes described above.

Data Retention Period

The Controller will process your personal data:

a. for the time necessary to respond to your inquiry or to handle the matter raised by you;

b. for the duration of the Controller’s marketing activities or until you object to the further processing of your data for marketing purposes.

Consequences of Failure to Provide Personal Data

Providing personal data is entirely voluntary; however, without processing your contact details, responding to your message and resolving the matter raised by you may be difficult.

Your Rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you are entitled to the following rights:

a. the right to access your data and to have it rectified;

b. the right to request the erasure of data;

c. the right to restriction of processing;

d. the right to object to the processing of personal data;

e. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

Objection to Processing

An objection to the processing of personal data may be lodged in two cases:

a. where the Controller processes your data for the purposes of direct marketing – such an objection does not require justification;

b. where the Controller processes your data based on other legitimate interests – such an objection must be justified by your particular situation.

Recipients of Personal Data

The Controller may transfer your personal data to the following recipients:

a. entities providing services of hosting (storage) of website and personal data;

b. providers of tools used for analysing the operation of the Controller’s website;

c. entities supplying IT systems and tools used by the Controller in its day-to-day operations, including e-mail services.

Transfer of Data Outside the EEA

Due to the fact that the Controller uses IT tools provided by Microsoft Corporation in its day-to-day operations, your personal data may be transferred to the United States. The basis for such data transfer is the decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023 issued pursuant to a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU), confirming an adequate level of protection of personal data ensured under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

No Profiling

The Controller will not apply profiling to you. You will not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
