    • Attorney-at-law and patent attorney. For nearly 20 years, he has specialized in broadly understood new technologies law, including IT contracts, intellectual property law, GDPR, and the legal aspects of artificial intelligence.
    • President of the board of the AI LAW TECH Foundation, an interdisciplinary think tank focused on the technical, legal, ethical, and business dimensions of emerging technologies, particularly AI.
    • Member of the Social Expert Team appointed by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. AI Coordinator within the legislative group of the Chamber of Digital Economy. Member of the New Technologies Committee at the Regional Bar Association in Kraków. Founding member of the Association for Modern Technologies Law.
    • He served as a member of the Digitalization Council appointed by the Minister of Digital Affairs (2016–2018). As part of the Council’s work, he participated in the reform of national data protection regulations.
    • He led the legal aspects subgroup within the Ministry of Digital Affairs’ expert team on AI. As part of this work, he contributed to the development of the “Foundations for Poland’s AI Strategy.” He subsequently headed the working subgroup on ethical and legal aspects of artificial intelligence (under GRAI), established by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
    • He lectures on intellectual property law and new technologies law at Kozminski University, the Warsaw School of Economics, and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
    • He is the academic supervisor of the postgraduate programs “Law of Modern Technologies” and “Law of Artificial Intelligence” at Kozminski University. He is also the co-director of the postgraduate program “Business.AI – Artificial Intelligence Project Management” (Kozminski University). He has taught AI-related legal subjects within MBA programs (Kozminski University, AGH University of Science and Technology).
    • Author of numerous academic and popular science publications in the field of IT law, including personal data protection and the legal aspects of artificial intelligence. Co-editor and chapter author of the book “Metaworld. Legal and Technical Aspects of Disruptive Technologies.” Co-editor of the forthcoming commentary on the Artificial Intelligence Act (in progress).
